Symmetry Recovery & Longevity Clinic is a premium healthcare destination in Dubai specialising in Biomechanotherapy, Recovery Medicine, Preventive Healthcare and Longevity Programmes.
SYMMETRY is an international network of medical centres specialising in Biomechanotherapy, rehabilitation and Recovery Medicine, built around a proprietary Biomechanotherapy methodology developed to restore movement, reduce pain and improve long-term health.
We integrate medicine, rehabilitation, biomechanics and longevity science into one personalised patient journey.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial physician who combines strong clinical expertise with commercial thinking and is excited to build medical programs, improve patient outcomes and contribute directly to the clinic's growth.
This is more than a traditional GP role. You will work alongside our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team while helping develop premium medical programs and shaping the future of Recovery & Longevity Medicine at Symmetry.
This role is ideal for a physician who wants to go beyond routine consultations and become actively involved in medical product development, commercial strategy and long-term clinic growth.
Key Responsibilities.
Clinical Practice:
— Conduct initial and follow-up consultations
— Interpret laboratory investigations
— Prescribe personalised treatment plans
— Recommend IV Therapy, supplements and preventive medical protocols
— Work closely with nurse, physiotherapists to create integrated recovery plans.
Commercial Medical Development:
— Develop premium Recovery & Longevity Programs including peptides, IV Therapy, supplements
— Develop Laboratory Check-up pathways
— Create commercially attractive treatment packages
— Continuously improve existing medical programs.
Commercial Responsibilities:
— Increase average patient value through personalised treatment recommendations — Develop and continuously optimise premium medical programmes based on patient feedback and market demand.
— Recommend laboratory investigations where clinically appropriate
— Recommend IV Therapy and preventive programs
— Present premium treatment plans confidently
— Convert consultations into long-term treatment programs
— Continuously improve consultation conversion
Market Development
— Research competitor clinics and pricing
— Research suppliers and purchasing opportunities
— Recommend competitive pricing strategies
— Optimise programme profitability.
Business Development:
— Build relationships with laboratories
— Develop insurance opportunities
— Develop partnerships with corporate wellness/sports providers
— Participate in referral network development — Develop patient referral initiatives and strategic partnerships to support clinic growth.
Requirements
— DHA License (GP / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Orthopedist / Endocrinologist)
— Experience in Preventive, Functional or Longevity Medicine
— Strong laboratory interpretation skills
— Experience with IV Therapy
— Hormone optimisation experience is an advantage
— Excellent English communication skills
— Commercial mindset
— Ability to confidently explain premium treatment programmes
— Strong initiative and ownership
— Experience in developing or launching medical programmes is highly desirable.

Success in This Role
Within your probation time you will be expected to:
— Develop and launch commercially successful medical programs
— Create structured IV Therapy and Laboratory pathways
— Research competitors and recommend competitive pricing
— Create commercially competitive pricing strategies while maintaining target clinic margins.
— Identify alternative suppliers and optimise purchasing opportunities
— Present data-driven recommendations for supplier selection and programme pricing.
— Increase average patient value through personalised treatment plans
— Personally implement and promote the developed programs during consultations
— Build relationships with laboratories, insurance providers and wellness partners
— Contribute directly to the commercial growth of the clinic
